We were running social media for small brands in Bangalore when we hit a wall. Every DM automation tool was either insanely expensive, needlessly complicated, or straight-up risky (scraping, unofficial APIs, shadow ban roulette).
The Indian creator economy was exploding — millions of creators monetizing through Instagram DMs — but the tools weren't built for them. Pricing was in USD with no INR option. Interfaces assumed you had a marketing team. Support was a chatbot loop.
So we built LoopFuel. Bootstrap-funded. Profitable from month four. No VC strings attached. We started with Indian creators, and now we serve businesses in 4 countries — still with the same philosophy: powerful enough for agencies, simple enough for a solo creator.
The frustration
