Pricing questions
Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new rate kicks in at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid plan if you're not satisfied. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds after the 14-day window.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe for international payments. For Indian customers, we support UPI, net banking, and cards via Razorpay. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer.
Can I pay in Indian Rupees?
+
Yes. If you're in India, we automatically show INR pricing via Razorpay. Grow is ₹999/mo, Scale is ₹2,499/mo, Agency is ₹4,999/mo, all exclusive of GST (18%). Outside India, prices show in USD and you can pay by card.
What happens if I exceed my DM limit?
+
We'll notify you at 80% and 100% of your limit. Once you hit the cap, automated DMs pause until the next billing cycle. No overage charges, ever. You can upgrade mid-cycle to get a higher limit immediately.
Is there a free trial?
+
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial ends, pick a paid plan to continue. Paid plans also include a 7-day trial, and there is no auto-charge unless you upgrade.
