Connect your online store and LoopFuel keeps a copy of your product catalog in sync, so you can sell your real products directly inside a DM.

Supported stores

• WooCommerce. Connect with your store URL and a consumer key and secret.
• Shopify. Connect with your shop domain and an admin API access token.

Your credentials are stored encrypted.

How catalog sync works

LoopFuel pulls each product's title, price, image, and URL from your store. The sync runs automatically every hour, and you can trigger it on demand with Sync now. Products you remove from your store are archived in LoopFuel too, so your catalog stays current.

What you can do with synced products

• Pick real products in the Sell in DM node instead of typing details by hand.
• Turn new orders and new customers into tagged contacts and leads through store webhooks, so your follow-up automations can take over.
